We have over 30 years’ experience in designing re-modelling or converting of old buildings or barns, including working on Grade 11 Listed buildings or locally Listed buildings in conservation areas.  If you are simply looking for design ideas or advice on obtaining planning permission or you have a design that needs construction or building plans, we can provide a partial service to keep your costs down. The Initial consultation is free. We have worked in the Telford and Shropshire area for the last 10 years as well as the wider Midlands region and are familiar with the Local Council requirements.

  • We will arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements, ideas & potential designs.

 

  • We will carry out a measured survey of your property and then produce design options for you. Each design is developed using 3D software to enable you to see the interior and exterior of your barn conversion designs.

 

  • Each design is assessed to determine if planning permission is required. We then prepare and submit the drawings on your behalf. This process usually takes around 9-10 weeks to obtain approval

 

  • The design drawings are then developed into technical drawings sufficient to allow a builder to provide a quote using the drawings and build your new barn conversion.
